Refund Policy / Terms and Conditions

All returned items must be issued a RMA number from our website, or by contacting one of our representatives before returning them.
There may be a 20% restocking fee on returned items and cancelled orders. We will not charge a restocking fee if the error was ours.
If for any reason you wish to return an item purchased, please obtain a RMA number from our website by following the links from your account. Please return your item with a copy of your invoice and RMA information. Please note RMA on OUTSIDE OF BOX and on invoice (You may also print RMA from our website and include it with return). Item or items purchase price will be refunded less shipping and handling. We can not accept items that were damaged during shipping. (see Shipping Damage below) An item purchased as a group or set must be returned in it's entirety. Partial returns on an item which was sold as a group will not be accepted.
No returns on electrical equipment or components, all electrical components are tested prior to sale.

Shipping Damage:
If your package has evident or concealed shipping damage please contact us immediately!
Items that are damaged during shipping must be reported to the shipping company. Please save all packing material, the shipping company will need to see the condition of box, packing and damaged item. DO NOT send package back to GDL Cycles. This will void insurance claim through carrier, therefore no refund will be issued. Carrier will arrange to have package picked up from your location.

Product information is provided from a thorough visual inspection and is presented in good faith and believed to be true and correct by Global Distribution and Liquidation, Inc. By placing an order, the purchaser understands that some of our products are recovered from salvaged/wrecked motorcycles and salvaged products should be inspected by a licensed dealer, certified repair shop or manufacturer prior to use or installation by purchaser. The purchaser further agrees to hold Global Distribution and Liquidation, Inc., it's employees and affiliates harmless from any claim, injury or fatality; harmless from any actions, legal and/or court fees brought against him/her in connection with any use/misuse of products. Furthermore, the purchaser states that he/she is at least 18 years of age and that the products purchased will only be used in a lawful manner. It is the sole responsibility of the end user to ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local laws when using these products.

Payment for International Orders:

All International payments must be by US money order.

Payment Terms:
Global Distribution and Liquidation Inc. will only except credit card payments, cashiers checks, money orders or online payments through PayPal. Please note that we do not ship out products until payment is made.
We do not ship C.O.D. Sorry we no longer except personal checks.
